The Multifamily Panel™ (also “The Panel™,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates themultifamilypanel.com. This policy explains how we handle information you submit through our website and intake forms.

Who we are

What we collect

When you apply to become a panelist or request to present to the panel, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Name, title, company, and email address
• Professional background, bio, portfolio scale, and division
• LinkedIn profile URL
• Conference selection
• Referrer name and email (if you indicate you were referred)
• Pitch details and related business information (presenter applications)

How we use your information

• To review applications and evaluate fit for a session
• To communicate with you about your submission, placement, and event logistics
• To coordinate panel sessions at industry conferences
• To prepare session materials if you are selected (headshots are requested separately after acceptance)

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not use your data for unrelated third-party marketing without your consent
• We do not guarantee that submission of an application results in placement

Form processing

Application forms are submitted to The Multifamily Panel operations system (hosted on Supabase) so our team can review roster and presenter applications. As a backup delivery path, forms may also be processed via Web3Forms to our team inbox at [email protected]. Those providers process submissions according to their own privacy practices.

General inquiries may also be sent to [email protected] when that address is active.

Data retention

We retain application information as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate submissions, coordinate events, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your information by emailing us, subject to legal or operational requirements.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted, where applicable. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

Our services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
