Shark Tank*
for multifamily

A VIP room at the conferences you already attend, away from the expo floor and in front of the people who matter.

We connect vetted multifamily executives with companies ready to grow. Not open enrollment. Every seat earned.

Our mission

Connect the people who decide with the companies that deliver.

Multifamily conferences are loud. Booths, badges, and business cards, but rarely the direct conversation that moves a business forward.

The Panel exists to change that. We bring together executives who shape the industry and companies with something real to offer in a private, produced setting at the events you are already attending.

Both sides are vetted. Executives are not there to pitch. They're there to evaluate and advise. Companies don't buy booth space. They apply to present and receive written feedback from the panel.

How you get in

Curated admission. Not a signup form.

Whether you were referred as an executive or invited as a company, the process is the same: qualify, submit, and we confirm fit.

01

You're referred or invited

You arrive here through a relationship: an executive in the network, a partner introduction, or direct outreach from our team.

02

You submit for consideration

Complete the intake below. Tell us who you are, what division you represent, or what you're bringing to the room.

03

We confirm fit

Submission does not guarantee placement. We review every intake individually and follow up on division, challenge, or pitch quality.

Who it's for

Two halves of the same coin.

Become a panelist or present to the panel. Same room, opposite sides of the table.

Companies at the table

Companies with something to prove

Built for marketing and sales leaders ready to put their product or service in front of multifamily decision-makers, and receive written feedback from every panelist in return.

  • Present to the panel: structured session with vetted executives
  • Written feedback from each panelist after the session
  • Placement is limited. Not every company is accepted.
The experience

Produced like television. Built for business.

A structured session at a major multifamily conference. Not a breakout room. Not a booth conversation.

01

Curate the room

Executives are vetted and invited. Companies are matched to the right session based on fit and quality.

02

Convene off the floor

Sessions run at industry conferences in a VIP setting: private, produced, and away from the noise of the expo hall.

03

Make it count

Present to the panel, then receive written feedback from each panelist after the session. Panelists evaluate in the moment; presenters leave with documented perspective they can act on.

Become a panelist

Join the panel.

Seats are limited. Every application is reviewed. Approval means invitation to a specific session.

Submitting is an application for consideration, not confirmation of placement. We respond to qualified panelists individually.

Present to the panel

The other half.

Present to the panel and receive written feedback from every panelist. That's what you get in return.

What you get: a structured session with vetted multifamily executives, followed by written feedback from each panelist: candid, specific, and actionable.

Built for companies investing in growth: marketing, sales, or strategic decisions that deserve a room of executives, not a booth conversation.
